Bird’s nest technology

Helen’s ready-to-eat bird’s nest with UNIQUE TECHNOLOGY launched on September 2nd on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day. With special things, we would like to inform you as follows:

1/ Halal stamp on each bird’s nest jar (currently the only bird’s nest enterprise certified by Halal by the Vietnamese Government).

2/ With the most modern Swiss distillation technology in the world and the intelligence and dedication of a team of skilled engineers, all nutrients in each bird’s nest jar are 100% intact (NOT BREAKING 1 PROTEIN MOLECULAR). There are clear tests and inspections over 10 times before publication.

3/ The world’s most modern automatic production line system meets ISO 22000 – HACCP standards. Standard to every drop of water.

  – The bird’s nest content in each bird’s nest jar is: 70% pure bird’s nest (all bird’s nest in Khanh Hoa).

  – Sterilization machine for 105 minutes at 121 degrees Celsius, divided into 4 stages:

     + Stage 1 (first 25 minutes): Sterilize the whole thing and steam.

     + Stage 2 (From minute 25 to minute 35): The machine system automatically cools down suddenly to the lowest level and then sprays cold mist in reverse centrifugal direction by RO water.

     + Stage 3 (From minute 35 to minute 60): Continue to steam until the end of minute 60.

     + Stage 4 (From minute 60 to minute 105): Continue to reverse centrifugal direction and spray cold mist evenly with RO water to create a 5D biological coating. Helps keep each strand of bird’s nest intact, preserves longer, is safe during transportation, and helps the bird’s nest jar stay delicious and pure for 15 months.

– Expiry date: 15 months.

– Shake gently before eating, the 5D biological film will break, the bird’s nest will soften and you can enjoy it (it tastes better when refrigerated).

* Ready-to-eat Helen’s bird’s nest is packed in a very compact box of 100 jars.

* Eating bird’s nest is like watering plants, you need to eat it every day.
